1. Country of Domicile and Governing Law

Trae Leb operates in Lebanon and adheres to the laws and regulations of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

 

2. Accepted Payment Methods and Currencies

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Lebanon Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Lebanese Credit Card
  • International Credit Card

All transactions will be processed in United Stated Dollar (USD).

 

3. Non-Engagement with OFAC and Sanctioned Countries

Trae Leb is committed to complying with international laws and regulations. We do not engage in any transactions with individuals, entities, or countries listed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other applicable sanctions lists. By using our services, you confirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such prohibited country.

 

4. Prohibition of Minors/Individuals Under 18

Trae Leb’s services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years or older. By registering for an account or making a transaction, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for our services or send any information about yourself to us.

 

5. Cardholder Responsibilities

Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of transaction records and to familiarize themselves with the merchant policies. This includes understanding the return, refund, and cancellation policies. Retaining transaction records helps in resolving any discrepancies and provides a reference for future transactions.

 

6. User Account Confidentiality

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password. You agree to notify Trae Leb immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Trae Leb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this responsibility.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

1. Refund Processing

Trae Leb ensures that all refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after order placement. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer available. If a product arrives damaged, we will refund the product price; however, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

2. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide our customers with clear information regarding their rights and responsibilities related to returns, refunds, and cancellations:

 

  • Refund or Cancellation: Refund or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

 

  • Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, we will refund the product price, but shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately with proof of the damage to initiate the refund process.

 

  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

 

  • Shipping Damage or Tampering: If the product appears to have been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, process a refund or replacement.

Cancellations or replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Cancellations and replacements are allowed under the following circumstances:

  • Product Issues: If the wrong product was sent, if the product is defective, or if the product was damaged during shipping, customers can request a replacement within the specified time frame.
